Key Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into comprehensive telephony solution strategies for enterprise customers
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and quality teams to test and validate new telephony features
• Deliver targeted demonstrations showcasing telephony integrations and AI-powered features

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or customer-facing engineering roles
• Expert-level understanding of telephony technologies, including SIP, RTP, and PBX architectures
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, and TCP/IP
• Understanding of the UCaaS and CCaaS market landscape
• Certifications such as MCSE or CCIE are preferred
