Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to manage the pre-sales engineering process and assist in customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales process from discovery to solution design and migration planning
• Collaborate with Sales and Agency partners to provide technical expertise and build compelling solutions
• Conduct technical discovery conversations and create scalable pre-sales engagement models

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of WordPress development experience
• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting preferred
• Experience in building technical proposals and migration plans for complex environments
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress and managed hosting
• Proven experience in competitive positioning and technical evaluations
