Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer (Customer-Facing).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers throughout their lifecycle, including implementation and disaster recovery planning
  • Improve customer experience by participating in onboarding meetings and providing technical expertise
  • Serve as a technical voice of the customer in the product engineering lifecycle, identifying product gaps and documenting feature requests


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
  • Deep cloud expertise, particularly in AWS and Azure environments
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Kubernetes/EKS
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting cloud and hybrid networking technologies
