Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer (Customer-Facing).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers throughout their lifecycle, including implementation and disaster recovery planning
- Improve customer experience by participating in onboarding meetings and providing technical expertise
- Serve as a technical voice of the customer in the product engineering lifecycle, identifying product gaps and documenting feature requests
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Deep cloud expertise, particularly in AWS and Azure environments
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Kubernetes/EKS
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting cloud and hybrid networking technologies
