Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers throughout their lifecycle, including implementation and disaster recovery planning
  • Improve customer experience by participating in onboarding meetings and account reviews, providing technical expertise
  • Become an expert on the company's product and provide proactive technical guidance based on customer environments and resilience goals


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role in similar industries
  • Deep cloud expertise with knowledge of setting up and deploying common environments
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Kubernetes/EKS
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting cloud and hybrid networking technologies
