Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Solutions Engineer, a full-time remote position, is responsible for leading discovery sessions, building product demos, and serving as a technical resource to support sales and customer experience transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify customer needs and gaps
• Build and present tailored product demonstrations showcasing AI capabilities
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to refine requirements and influence product roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role in a B2B software environment
• Strong understanding of customer service and customer experience tools
• Knowledge of webhooks, REST APIs, and common integration patterns
• Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is preferred
• Business expertise in customer experience trends and best practices
