Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Solutions Engineer is a full-time remote position responsible for partnering with sales and success teams to deliver technical presentations, resolve client technical issues, and implement custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations and facilitate data migrations for clients
• Design and develop customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects and custom reports
• Assist with RFPs and maintain updated demo spaces for sales

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technology role, preferably in pre-sales or consulting
• 2+ years of experience working with commercial clients
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
• Experience with AI platforms and workflow automation
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms, web services, and APIs
