Job Summary

Senior Solutions Engineer, a full-time remote position focused on engaging with customers to provide technical expertise, deliver product presentations, and support sales efforts in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to solve technical problems and close sales opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product documentation and create enablement materials

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies
• Technical mindset with a desire to grow and solve complex challenges
• Experience in a startup environment with varied and complex job duties
• Ability to work collaboratively with an international remote team
• Strong technical knowledge in Metrics/Monitoring space is a plus
