Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Solutions Engineer, responsible for providing technical expertise in bot detection and fraudulent account management in a full-time, hybrid role, guiding customers through pre and post sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for the bot detection platform
• Deliver engaging demos and manage proof-of-concept engagements
• Provide technical training and enablement to customers and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role is preferred
• Expert-level understanding of HTTP and modern web application technologies
• Strong debugging skills with browser developer tools and network analyzers
• Solid knowledge of layer 4 and 7 networking concepts
• Familiarity with CDN platforms and web application architecture
