Job Summary

Senior Solutions Engineer, a full-time remote position, is responsible for engaging with customers to educate them on product offerings, delivering technical presentations, and collaborating with sales to close opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide technical expertise and support
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to articulate the value proposition and close opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, collaborative environment
• Strong technical mindset with a desire for continuous growth
• Experience in solving technical challenges creatively
