Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Solutions Engineer will lead technical discussions with prospective customers, manage the complete proof of value (POV) lifecycle, and provide pre-sales and post-sales support while leveraging deep security expertise and strategic sales engineering capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and own the complete POV lifecycle from scoping through execution and closure, ensuring successful delivery of customer-specific use cases
• Prepare comprehensive post-POV analysis and reports that highlight unique value propositions for stakeholders
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts across all organizational levels and personas

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and endpoint/network/system security
• Comprehensive understanding of Insider Risk Management (IRM) and familiarity with IRM platforms
• Deep knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and Lockheed Martin Kill Chain
• Active home lab environment experience, including threat simulation capabilities and light Python scripting
• Demonstrated success in converting POVs to closed deals and building long-term customer relationships
