Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on supporting state and local government and education sectors, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise and sales support, articulating F5's value proposition and driving customer engagement through presentations, solution designs, and collaboration with sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate F5 product strategy and solutions to meet customer business objectives
• Provide technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, and demonstrations
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive the sales process and ensure world-class customer service

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience
• Experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer with knowledge of traffic management and load-balancing technologies
• Familiarity with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
• Skills in networking technologies and Internet security products
• Experience in a DevOps environment, including tools and processes
