Job Summary
Supporting complex customer implementations and providing technical advisory, the fully remote Senior Solutions Engineer will manage technical onboarding, advanced troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer success across the Americas.
Key responsibilities
- Own and support the technical implementation of Singular's platform, ensuring successful onboarding and post-launch advisory
- Lead investigations into complex SDK, API, and data validation issues while maintaining communication with customer stakeholders
- Develop internal documentation and workflows to improve processes and scalability for the Solution Engineering team
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Experience with complex customer implementations or enterprise-level technical accounts
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving ambiguous technical problems
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and investigating data quality and reporting issues
- Ability to read, debug, or write lightweight scripts, preferably in Python
