Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Proactively leading technical discovery workshops, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will manage customer requirements, conduct advanced sales presentations, and build trusted relationships with strategic partners, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops to qualify customer requirements and create solution designs
• Conduct advanced technical sales presentations and solution demonstrations for audiences of varying sizes
• Build and maintain relationships with technical decision-makers at strategic channel partners and customers

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• CISSP and CEH certifications in Cyber Security
• ITIL Certification
• Familiarity with governance and compliance issues such as HIPAA, PCI, and GDPR
• Experience with a full range of L2-L7 networking technologies and protocols
