Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on supporting public sector customers, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will own technical strategies for complex government opportunities, lead executive and technical discovery, and design outcome-based solution narratives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for complex government opportunities, collaborating with account teams and partners
• Lead executive and technical discovery to understand agency missions and compliance requirements
• Deliver compelling demos and workshops that showcase business value and reduce risk in the buying process

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, especially with public sector clients
• Proven ability to manage large, complex opportunities from discovery through technical validation
• Deep technical knowledge in enterprise SaaS, cloud architecture, and government compliance frameworks
• Experience with ATO processes, security reviews, and public sector channel partners
• U.S. citizenship is required; an active security clearance is a plus
