Job Summary

As the primary solution lead with customers and prospects, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will facilitate product demonstrations, articulate the company's value proposition, and partner closely with Account Executives to drive customer engagement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to understand and address prospects' challenges while articulating the company's vision and strategy
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including leading technical validations and increasing sales velocity
  • Present and demonstrate the product effectively, addressing customer questions and objections to facilitate complex onboarding
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer-facing enterprise solutions engineering experience with a track record of influencing SaaS deals
  • 3+ years of experience in financial audit at a public accounting firm
  • Proven ability to conduct product demonstrations for C-suite executives
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and experience with leading CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Preferred experience in assurance and advisory services, particularly in cybersecurity or regulatory standards
