Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the technical go-to-market strategy for AudioGraph, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will lead complex pre-sale conversations, develop implementation playbooks, and ensure a seamless client experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sale engagements with agencies, translating AudioGraph capabilities into aligned solutions
• Design and manage the end-to-end client lifecycle playbook, ensuring smooth transitions between teams
• Inform the product roadmap by synthesizing technical feedback and participating in sprint reviews

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, or advanced ad operations within programmatic advertising
• Deep understanding of the programmatic supply chain and direct experience with major DSPs
• Hands-on proficiency with ad serving platforms, including deal setup and troubleshooting
• Strong grasp of audience data architecture and experience with measurement and attribution methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive cross-functional projects
