Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer, the ideal candidate will lead the design and prototyping of AI-driven solutions for enterprise contact centers, translating workflows into structured architectures and building working prototypes to validate feasibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype AI-driven customer experience solutions, translating business logic into structured frameworks
• Lead technical discovery sessions to extract architecture and data requirements from complex enterprise environments
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape technical strategy and influence enterprise stakeholders on integration patterns

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer experience or contact center technology environments
• Hands-on experience building AI-driven applications and structuring reasoning flows
• Strong Python proficiency, including API client development and data normalization
• Working knowledge of cloud architecture patterns and experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms
• Experience operating in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments with a strong ownership mentality
