Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with Sales to design and demonstrate the value of a cloud-native file data platform, the remote Senior Solutions Engineer will own the technical sales cycle from discovery through proof-of-concept to deal closure, helping enterprise customers modernize their storage and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to identify customer requirements and success criteria
- Design and present scalable solutions for cloud storage, backup, disaster recovery, and security
- Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical and business value for enterprise deals
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
- Experience with enterprise storage, cloud, or infrastructure solutions
- Strong knowledge of NAS (SMB/NFS), Active Directory, virtualization, and Linux
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP related to storage, backup, and disaster recovery
- Proven ability to manage complex technical sales cycles and run POCs
