Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will manage complex technical evaluations and solution designs for strategic accounts, partnering with customers to implement Apollo's supergraph on GraphOS in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex technical evaluations through discovery, workshops, and solution design to understand customer needs and capabilities
• Design and present multi-system solution architectures that integrate Apollo's offerings into customer environments
• Lead value-focused demos and PoCs, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes for various stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in a pre-sales Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role with B2B SaaS or infrastructure products
• Deep expertise in APIs and integration, with experience in both building and consuming APIs within existing architectures
• Strong architecture skills across modern web/cloud stacks, including REST/GraphQL and microservices
• Proven ability to manage complex technical evaluations, including solution design and PoC implementation
• Executive-level communication skills, capable of conveying technical details and business value to diverse audiences
