Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

As a foundational hire, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will lead end-to-end integrations for strategic partners, architecting scalable solutions while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure rapid and reliable launches across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical design of partner integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance
• Guide partners through integration processes from scoping to launch, managing timelines and deliverables
• Diagnose and resolve partner issues quickly, collaborating with engineering teams as necessary

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, Webhooks, GraphQL)
• Ability to read and debug at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar)
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Bonus: Experience with fintech or SaaS integrations across multiple geographies, with exposure to localization and compliance
