Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with sales and success teams to deliver technical presentations, resolve client technical issues, and design custom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations to prospective and current clients, showcasing products and integrations
• Resolve technical issues and facilitate data migrations while implementing custom solutions
• Design and develop customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects and build dynamic dashboards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally in pre-sales or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of demonstrable success working with commercial clients
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
• Experience with integration platforms and APIs
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences
