Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Commercial Sales and Success teams, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will deliver technical presentations, resolve client technical issues, and design customer-specific proof of concept projects to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and success teams to deliver technical presentations for prospective and current clients
• Resolve technical issues, facilitate data migrations, and implement custom solutions
• Design and develop customer-specific proof of concept projects and build custom reports for management teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally in pre-sales or equivalent consulting experience
• 2+ years of demonstrable success working with commercial clients
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; completion of a 4-year degree required
• Proven experience with AI platforms for workflow automation and cross-app integrations
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms, web services, and APIs
