Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Operating remotely, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a Tier 3 Analyst for Managed Monitoring Solutions, handling complex escalations, designing automations to enhance team efficiency, and providing presales support in collaboration with Sales and Technical Account Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Acting as the senior analyst for escalated investigations related to Digital Risk Protection use cases
• Designing, building, and maintaining automations to streamline the DRP alert lifecycle
• Supporting Sales and Solutions Consulting on Managed Services opportunities through technical deep-dives and demonstrations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, or Security Operations
• 5+ years of hands-on analyst experience with DRP-related use cases
• 2+ years of experience in building automations or tooling in a security context
• Proficiency in Python, JSON, and experience with REST APIs
• Customer-facing experience in a presales or technical advisory role
