Job Summary
To drive customer success and satisfaction, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with sales executives on strategic deals, manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses, and deliver impactful presentations while supporting both new customer acquisition and existing customer renewals.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with sales executives to strategize and execute on sales cycles
- Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses and communicate client needs to R&D teams
- Create and deliver presentations that effectively convey the value proposition to clients
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Preferred knowledge of cloud providers such as AWS and GCP
- Experience in building proof of concepts for enterprise solutions
- Strong technical background in software development and web technologies
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives
