Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Solutions Engineer located in San Francisco, the successful candidate will manage customer relationships, lead implementation efforts, and provide technical guidance while ensuring seamless integration of the product into client workflows.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead team performance against KPIs, serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the partnership
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer use cases, technical requirements, and success criteria
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships through regular check-ins and continuous support, troubleshooting issues as needed
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years in software implementation/project execution, with 2+ years managing people
  • Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area, or willing to relocate
  • Familiarity with healthcare-related terms such as HIPAA, FHIR, and EHR/EMR is a plus
