Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the sales team in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise, articulate F5's value proposition, and mentor sales teams while driving sales processes and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate F5 product strategy and value proposition to align with customer business objectives
• Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, and demonstrations
• Collaborate with internal resources and mentor sales teams on the value of F5 solutions

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer with a multi-product portfolio
• Knowledge of traffic management and load-balancing technologies (e.g., F5, Citrix)
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and SaaS solutions
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps environments
