Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting a growing client base, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, manage product implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and shape the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing how CData's solutions meet their business requirements
• Take ownership of product implementation in client environments and collaborate with technical support to resolve issues promptly
• Integrate client feedback and market trends to influence product development and participate in sales enablement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, or BE) in a STEM field
• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or equivalent experience
• Advanced coding skills in at least one programming language (Java or C# preferred)
• Strong knowledge of database systems and SQL
• Experience delivering technical presentations to senior-level client executives
