Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

As a pivotal link between clients and the organization, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will manage technical relationships, design solutions across enterprise environments, and collaborate with sales teams to drive business outcomes for customers in Mississippi, Alabama, or Louisiana.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for enterprise accounts, collaborating with Client Executives to develop strategies and close business
• Architect and configure solutions tailored to customer environments, managing multiple deals simultaneously
• Engage customers in discussions around AI readiness, data strategy, and hybrid cloud solutions, while maintaining strong relationships with channel partners

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering in a quota-driven environment
• Proven success with enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers in complex sales cycles
• Strong background in infrastructure technologies, including SAN, NAS, and hybrid cloud solutions
• Experience designing and configuring solutions within customer environments
• Ability to manage multiple deals across different stages and priorities
