Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the sales organization, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of F5 solutions, driving the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate F5's product strategy and value proposition to meet customer business objectives
• Deliver technical presentations, solution designs, and proof of concepts to clients
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify key decision-makers and drive the sales process

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant pre-sales experience
• Strong proficiency with F5 solutions, particularly BIG-IP
• Knowledge of security technologies, including WAF and DNS security
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
• Familiarity with L2/L3 networking concepts, especially BGP and MPLS
