Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Solutions Engineer will lead discovery sessions, build and present product demos, and serve as a technical resource to support sales efforts for customer experience transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and desired outcomes
• Build and present product demos showcasing Crescendo's AI solutions
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to refine requirements and influence product roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role in a B2B software environment
• Strong understanding of customer service and experience tools, including CRMs and AI technologies
• Knowledge of webhooks, REST APIs, and common integration patterns
• Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is preferred
• Business expertise in customer experience trends and best practices
