Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with sales teams as a technical expert, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will bridge complex customer requirements with an AI-powered compliance platform, leading product demonstrations and managing client implementations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical narrative during pre-sales and post-sales, guiding clients from initial discovery through solution design
• Lead tailored product demonstrations and develop detailed implementation plans for new client deployments
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and driving platform adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering role within FinTech, RegTech, or B2B SaaS
• Hands-on technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React
• Working knowledge of AI technologies and experience with KYB, KYC, or AML workflows
• Proven ability to lead complex implementations with multiple stakeholders
