Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will deliver technical wins and product fit for clients, collaborating closely with sales teams, demonstrating product capabilities, and providing consultative solutions to enhance customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams and prospects to evaluate and adopt Algolia solutions
• Assist in the sales process through discovery, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (POC)
• Advocate for customer needs and relay feedback to Product and Engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in SaaS
• Previous software development experience in languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python
• Experience with data formats and data transformation
• Familiarity with the search, ecommerce, or martech industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer demands and switch contexts quickly
