Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a high-growth team, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to provide technical expertise, deliver product presentations, and collaborate with the Sales team to close opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Own technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Proactively communicate feedback on products and the competitive landscape to internal teams

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills in a startup environment
• First-class written and oral communication skills for articulating the value proposition
• Technical mindset with a desire to grow technically; experience in post-sales or engineering is a plus
• Self-motivated and creative, with a passion for solving technical challenges
