Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the technical implementation and onboarding of customers, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will manage the complete implementation lifecycle and ensure successful integration of IRIS Smart Image Capture and Revenue Cycle Management solutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, serving as the primary technical contact for customers
• Translate customer environments and business requirements into effective implementation plans
• Handle technical configuration, user management, system integrations, and data pipeline work primarily within Microsoft Windows environments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Implementation Engineer
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Windows environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues to resolution
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
