Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support major clients in South Korea, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will manage technical engagements in pre-sales opportunities, advocate for Atlassian solutions, and empathize with customer challenges while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement in pre-sales opportunities, building trusted advisor relationships with customer technical teams
• Understand and position Atlassian solutions in the context of customer goals, highlighting technical differentiators
• Stay updated on product and technical knowledge to drive business outcomes and achieve revenue goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in a pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing capacity
• Experience with the enterprise sales cycle and understanding deal dynamics and value selling
• Proficiency in Korean and English languages is mandatory
• Familiarity with collaboration, scaled agile, ITSM, or DevOps solution spaces is a plus
• Prior use of Atlassian products is advantageous
