Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support cloud infrastructure initiatives, the contract Senior Solutions Engineer will design, build, and improve cloud services with a strong focus on AWS, security, and reliability, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery process from design to implementation and support, ensuring clarity and completion of tasks
• Build and enhance cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code, and support web services and APIs for integration
• Package and deploy services using containers, troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads, and ensure secure configurations and observability

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS services, including identity, networking, compute, and storage
• Solid understanding of web engineering fundamentals and distributed systems debugging
• Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform, and building repeatable deployments
• Proficiency in containers, Kubernetes, and Helm for production environments
• Familiarity with observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces, ideally using OpenTelemetry
