Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will support the sales team by providing technical expertise and articulating F5's value proposition to state and local governments and education sectors, while driving the sales process and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate F5 product strategy and value proposition to align with customer business objectives
• Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, and demonstrations
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify technical decision-makers and drive the sales process

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of related industry experience
• 4+ years of pre-sales experience
• BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.) and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of intelligent load balancing and application acceleration technologies
