Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

As a fully remote opportunity, the Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them through the evaluation, integration, launch, and scaling of solutions on the company's infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on products, APIs, and integration patterns
• Lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations throughout the customer lifecycle
• Advise customers on integration best practices and troubleshoot technical issues to accelerate time to production

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Experience supporting brokerage, trading, or crypto infrastructure products
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with FIX protocol and technical integrations across multiple systems
• Experience with SQL and at least one scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or Go
