Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

As the primary solution lead in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to understand client challenges, facilitate product demonstrations, and drive adoption of Fieldguide's platform among top enterprise CPA firms.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively partner with Account Executives to articulate Fieldguide's value proposition and understand prospects' challenges
• Lead technical validations during the sales cycle and manage customer questions and objections
• Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to ensure successful onboarding and address complex technical issues

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer-facing enterprise solutions engineering experience, particularly in SaaS
• 3+ years of experience in financial audit at a public accounting firm
• Proven ability to present product demonstrations to C-suite executives
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and at least one leading CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
• Preferred experience in assurance and advisory services, particularly related to cybersecurity or regulatory standards
