Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology startup, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to deliver technical presentations, drive product conversations, and collaborate closely with the Sales team to close high-velocity opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement with customers and assist in closing opportunities through advanced technical knowledge
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers while providing feedback to internal teams
• Enhance documentation and create enablement materials, including blog posts and knowledge base articles

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills in a startup environment
• First-class written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams and customers
• A technical mindset with a desire for growth, potentially from a coding bootcamp or prior engineering experience
• Self-motivated and creative, with a passion for solving technical challenges
