Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Solutions Engineering team, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, manage technical engagements with customers, and deliver product presentations, all while working remotely from France.

Key responsibilities

• Articulating Grafana's overall value proposition and strategy to customers in collaboration with the Sales team
• Owning technical engagements and assisting in closing complex opportunities through advanced technical knowledge
• Delivering product and technical presentations to both potential and existing customers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills for handling complex assignments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams and customers
• A technical mindset with a passion for solving challenges and delivering creative solutions
• Must be located in France
