Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with account teams and channel partners, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will serve enterprise customers by identifying business challenges, demonstrating product value, and driving solution success in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to track customer profiles, business problems, and solution success
• Conduct customer discovery to map business needs to Atlassian products and identify opportunities for cross-product expansion
• Lead value-based product demonstrations tailored to various stakeholder needs and guide customers through technical requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity with enterprise customers
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with multi-level audiences
• Proven ability to interpret complex business problems and develop compelling solutions
• Comfortable in both business and technical contexts, engaging with executives and technical teams
• Customer-centric mindset with a track record of building executive relationships and collaborating across teams
