Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Passionate about solving enterprise business problems, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with C-level executives, partner with sales teams on transformation deals, and lead value-based demonstrations of Atlassian products to drive customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams and customers to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for product solutions
• Lead value-based demonstrations and articulate the benefits of Atlassian software during the pre-sales process
• Forge strong partnerships with strategic account executives to enhance the sales cycle and customer engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with Fortune 100 customers
• Strong presentation skills and experience engaging with C-suite executives
• Proven ability to interpret complex business problems and deliver creative solutions
• Technical proficiency with Atlassian products and solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
