Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid or remote capacity, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will lead technical onboarding for new clients, serve as the primary technical contact for ongoing support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and enhance system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, including API setup and data integration
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to investigate and resolve client issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role, ideally in SaaS or adtech
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of databases, APIs, and scripting languages
• Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Experience troubleshooting platform, integration, or data performance issues
