Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as the elite escalation point between the Global Operations Center and Core Engineering teams, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will resolve complex technical issues for sophisticated customers, ensuring minimal downtime while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex escalations by utilizing code-level debugging and architectural investigation
• Engage directly with customer technical leads to diagnose production issues and ensure rapid resolution
• Develop diagnostic scripts and workarounds to maintain customer operations during long-term patch development

Required qualifications

• 5-9 years in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or SRE, focusing on high-performance computing or large-scale AI stacks
• Deep experience in Kubernetes cluster administration and scheduler internals
• Proficient in orchestrating GPU workloads and diagnosing training job failures using ROCm or CUDA
• Skilled in network technologies such as RDMA/RoCEv2, SRIOV, and BGP
• Expert in Linux kernel networking, hugepages, and cgroups with the ability to debug at the OS layer
