Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To bridge business needs and technology solutions, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will design and develop data-connected solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, while collaborating with stakeholders to address complex operational challenges in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery discussions and solution design to identify business needs and define practical approaches for improvement
• Partner with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into high-value analytics, automation, and modernization solutions
• Design, develop, and support business solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform technologies and ensure ongoing operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Experience designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Power BI
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong consulting and relationship management skills, with a focus on building trust and facilitating alignment
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs and modern integration technologies
• Ability to manage solutions through the full lifecycle, from discovery to deployment and support
