Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering closely with two Enterprise Client Executives, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, driving account strategy and successful engagements while working remotely from the Dallas, Texas metro area.
Key responsibilities
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover business initiatives and technical challenges for customer modernization
- Design and position solutions across the NetApp portfolio, aligning technical recommendations with customer business outcomes
- Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, collaborating with channel partners and NetApp specialists to ensure successful outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related fields within an enterprise technology environment
- Proven success in supporting enterprise customers through complex technology sales cycles
- Strong foundation in storage or storage-adjacent infrastructure technologies
- Broad technical knowledge across enterprise infrastructure, including storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud
- Experience designing technical solutions that align customer requirements with business objectives
