Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of the data solutions business line, the full-time salaried Senior Solutions Engineer will work remotely to manage technical evaluations, client onboarding, and documentation processes while collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and define success criteria for evaluations
• Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and addressing any issues that arise
• Develop frameworks and documentation to streamline evaluations and improve client understanding of data solutions

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a sales engineering or client-facing technical role focused on data solutions
• Strong proficiency in SQL and practical knowledge of Python for data handling
• Experience managing technical deals through the full sales cycle, particularly at six-figure values
• Ability to establish trust with clients and facilitate productive conversations without prior warm-up
• Strong writing skills to create engaging and informative documentation
