Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- 2+ years of experience with React
- Strong background in building and shipping production web applications
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to manage expectations and translate needs
- Ability to break down complex requests into manageable milestones for incremental delivery
