Job Summary
Leading project implementations, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will work remotely to develop advanced solutions for customer requirements, focusing on the installation, configuration, and customization of Hyland's OnBase product while providing support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with customer resources to determine solution and software options based on feedback
- Implement and configure software solutions, incorporating information gathered during discovery sessions
- Design and build capture software solutions for scanning operations and provide ongoing support for production environments
Required qualifications
- Certified OnBase engineer
- Experience implementing OnBase projects
- Experience managing relational databases
- Experience implementing and supporting capture software solutions in a high-volume environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
